我对inp进行了提交，总出现这样的错误信息是为什么呀

If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem,please run the command "abaqus job=support information=all" to report andsave your system information. Use the same command to run abaqus that youused when the problem occurred. Please contact your local abaqus supportoffice and send them the input file, the file support.log which you justcreated, the executable name, and the error code.
