求助,为什么底部和中间最靠外物体的温度都是一样的?

这是我的钢包(储存钢水的容器)的命令流,问题是,圆柱体最外一层和中间耳轴(图中蓝色部分)材料都是钢,底部支撑也是钢,一样的材料,都设定了对流系数,但是结果是,这2个部分(温度分布图中蓝色的两个部分)都是30度,说明圆柱外壳的温度没有传到蓝色部分区域,这是为什么呢?希望高手可以给我指点一下,命令流和温度分布图如下,小弟再次先谢了!

我认为模型可以简化,只取四分之一即可,当然前提条件是边界条件也是对称的。你是否可以解一下动力分析问题,只求四五个固有频率,然后看一下振型,看看有没有单元飞出去,以检查单元划分有无问题。

tonnyw,你好,我的模型大体上是可以简化成1/4模型,但是底部有点不对称,因为下面还有几个不同结构,他们是不对称的,所以我没有简化,另外你说的通过动力分析求振型,以验证单元划分有无问题?如何来做,我没有做过,我只是做热分析,结构分析两个模块,你可以帮我验证一下吗?我想加你的qq,请问你号码的是?我的是404792373

很抱歉,我很忙。你也可以使用不同的方法,来测试你的模型,比如说壳体的一半绝热,一半设置对流边界条件,你就知道热量肯定向对流边界流动。蓝色的部分没有温度变化,是否导热系数太小所致?你也可以使用正交各向异性材料,将一个方向的导热系数设得很小,使热量朝你所指定的方向流动。虽然你的底部不对称,你不妨先取上部的一半做对称分析,看看到底是什么地方出了问题?
