[接触分析] 多零件组合体的接触分析(接触刚度的合理选择)

多零件接触问题分析实例

这个例子在我的PPT里面有介绍,在此单独列出和大家一起讨论,接触刚度如何进行合理选择.



                           说明图

轴和支撑过盈配合,过盈量0.01mm,结构尺寸如图。
材料特性:弹性模量E=210000MPa,泊松比0.3,接触摩擦系数0.2。
分析过程:
1)、Solidworks建模
2)、导入ANSYS,定义单元及材料特性,划分网格,定义接触及边界条件。
3)、分析规划
工况1
过盈配合引起的应力状态

工况2
轴端施加1000N载荷

工况3
分析将轴从支撑中抽出需要多大的力

部分分析图片:










通过工况1我们得到了过盈配合产生的应力,最大综合应力值为624MPa,最大法向应力要小的多,接触面上的平均法向应力为150MPa左右,由此我们可以计算出抽出力。
总的接触面积:S=2*π*d*L

d=30mm为轴的直径,L=20mm为支撑宽度。

总接触压力F=σ*S
总抽出力f=F*μ,μ为摩擦系数。
带入数值得到f=F*μ=150*2*3.14*30*20*0.2=113040N
与ANSYS结果符合的很好。

请教接触分析

我做的是轴承的接触分析,我取不同的接触刚度,计算的结果相差很大,一直是增大的,并不是一个趋向于某个值。这是怎么回事啊?谢谢!!

你好,我不会用命令,所以这个命令流比较乱。我是建一个完整的轴承,然后再切除其他部分,只留下一个滚子的部分。我把外圈完全约束,在内圈的切面线上施加节点力。用接触向导建立了接触对。谢谢你啊!
