ECAD/ECAE Application Support Analyst ECAD/ECAE应用分析员
Job Responsibilities:

Support of Engineering IT solutions, including the creation and execution of support plans
-
Application deployment
-
Basic helpdesk queue management and maintenance
-
Application status reporting & metrics
-
Detection and reporting of changing customer requirements
-
Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
-
Assisting in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications
-
Performing basic application upgrades, interfacing with EIT project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of new applications or new major versions

Qualification Requirements:
-
Knowledge of Engineering operations and business processes
-
General understanding of ECAD and ECAE Engineering software tools and technologies
-
Good interpersonal skills
-
Good administration, documentation, problem analysis, and customer relationship knowledge/skills.
-
Experienced in working in team environments while developing effective working relationships with peers and management.
-
4+ years of experience and demonstratable expertise with ECAD/ECAE toolsets (specifically DxDesigner, Visula, Expedition, Saber, PSPICE).
-
Experience with additional analog and digital prototype/design/simulation tools also preferred. (MathCAD, Hyperlynx)
-
2+ years experience as a support lead
-
2+ years administration experience in both the Unix and Windows environments, including writing scripts
-
Education – BA or BS in relevant field and an advanced degree is desired

Team Player, Good Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem Resolution Skills
