问题描述:ansys ls-dyna:就是模拟炮弹(与弹壳连接部位带凹槽增加拔弹力)与弹壳通过45号钢模具连接紧固的装配过程。如附件中图rubber0所示为模型的半轴面,
实体为沿X轴对称的回转零件。图中面 啊,A1,A5为固定模具,A3为动模,A3向左挤压橡胶A4,橡胶A4变形后挤压,钢板A2,使得A2局部变形被橡胶压入A1模型的环形凹槽中。
问题:1、模型我已建立,采用轴对称平面单元162. 建的对不对?接触边我建面积模的时候是有共用线段线的,可以吗?
2、橡胶模型参数不知道,用的ANSYS自带的一个,我用的橡胶很硬,HS应该在70以上,您有参数吗?
3、摩擦建立时不知用那种?试了单面-自动和面-面-自动都不行,不会建立摩擦。
4、在以上条件下,静态加载,让A3面向左挤压橡胶A4,计算结果不对。橡胶穿透了钢板A2,而A2不变形,且位置移动了。
5、我想要的结果是计算动模A3,应该施加多大的力使钢板(弹壳收口处)被压入凹槽。
