我在分析时abaqus调用的内存设置为2500M，并且abaqus文件中的内存也改为2800 ，我的机器配置位四核心4G内存，单元数量大概为12万

建议楼主直接换64位系统。64位对内存没有限制。就算你现在的可以我估计也要算很久。
我的机子是4核8G内存用64位系统算8万多的模型，弹塑性算了快10个小时！
