An excessive temperature rate occurs in solving the heat transfer equations. This usually indicates that some elements are badly distorted or an error exists with model definition. You can use Abaqus/Viewer to check the temperature values and see if the distorted elements exist

我用Abaqus/Viewer 检查了下，确实是网格单元出现了问题，我先自己琢磨下这么解决。谢谢版主！
