康明斯涡轮增压技术系统(Cummins Turbo Technologies，原英国霍尔塞特公司，1952年成立，2006年更为现名)，是康明斯全资子公司，设计、制造三升以上柴油和天然气发动机的全系列涡轮增压器及相关产品，主要应用于商用车辆、工程机械、矿山设备、船舶动力和发电机组等领域，是世界上最大的中型和重型涡轮增压器制造商。
康明斯涡轮增压技术系统的总部设在英国西约克郡的哈德斯菲尔德市，生产基地分布在英国、巴西、中国、荷兰、印度和美国，在英国本土和中国无锡还设有研发中心。
康明斯涡轮增压技术系统不仅为康明斯发动机配套，还向其它的国际柴油机厂商供货，主要全球合作客户包括戴姆勒、曼、沃尔沃、斯堪尼亚、雷诺、达夫（DAF）、印度塔塔、底特律柴油机、麦克（MACK）、依维柯、斗山、现代、小松、洋马（YANMAR）以及中国潍柴、玉柴、重汽、东风和一汽。

Key responsibilities:
·
To specify turbocharger matching information for advanced engine projects.
·
To provide a source of engine systems information and expertise within the company and to customers.
·
To plan and supervise engine and turbo performance testing at CTT.
·
Maintain and develop links with research organisations and universities. Be aware of technical capabilities of these organisations. Be aware of sources of technical information, patent databases etc. and communicate new information as appropriate
·
To provide technical support to analytical and practical air systems development conducted externally, e.g. at customers or academic institutions.
·
To use air system predictions to assist with product planning.
Training and coaching colleagues in engine systems and turbo matching.
Experience required:
·
Turbocharger product knowledge.
·
Knowledge of engine system fundamentals and familiarity with engine performance characteristics and test data.
·
Familiar with GTPOWER software (project experience).
·
Knowledge of emissions legislation and emission reduction technology.
Education/qualifications required (classify as essential and optional):
1 University degree or higher degree with thermodynamics or other suitable specialisation
(Essential)
2 Written and spoken English language sufficiently good to conduct technical business in English.
