【讨论】How to output data to ANSYS

HI, All!
  
I am running my own code to calculate velocity field for a solidification process. After the whole solidification process is done, I want to output my geometry and temperature field to ANSYS for the stress analysis. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me the file format for ANSYS input or restart... ASCII will be better but binary is also OK.
  
BTW: I am being able to convert my mesh to GAMBIT/ANSYS format...
