请问：matlab如何读光栅图？

我在Windows下用matlab7.1读Sun导出的光栅图有下面问题：
imread('wave.ras','ras');
??? Error using ==> imagesci\private\readras
wave.ras: file ended while reading color map.

不知道是不是matlab只读部分raster文件的原因。
