1.对于*Tie这个问题，5#说的是对的，在分网的时候单元边界不匹配，ABAQUS会自动在这些边界创建Tie使单元连续。所以可以检查下Mesh的情况，或者查一下单元的类型，看是不是都是一致的。
2.在ABAQUS里面，材料硬，网格粗的要作为主面，因为主面可以穿透到从面里面，而从面不可以穿透到主面里面。
3.在做接触类问题的时候，最要创建以单元面为主的surface，而不是以点为主的surface

定义接触，接触的性能也要定义

这个是正常的提示信息，有节点共用现象，定义接触或分割实体都可能出现。
具体结果的可信度不好说，要具体分析。如果一直算不下去的话，结果基本就没意义了。
修改模型吧。
