下面是我做的仿真模型几何模型的命令流,其中最里面那个实心圆柱体的材料是轴承钢,材料属性是BH曲线和电阻值;最外面那个圆环和那两个长方体分别是轴向和径向导磁体,材料属性是磁导率5000;那两个套在径向导磁体上的长方形环状体是线圈,材料属性是磁导率1,电阻率;模型的其余部分是空气,材料属性是磁导率1。用的是瞬态分析,两个线圈中加的是电流密度载荷,一个是顺时针方向,一个是逆时针方向。
如果 分析正确的话,结果应该是磁流密度在轴承钢表面产生较多,从而产生涡流。但是我做的分析结果磁流密度去只在径向导磁体套有线圈的地方产生磁流密度,其他地方没有,始终不知道是什么原因,希望各位高手指教!多谢!
