When saving animation, cannot save the whole process.

When solve the problem using Ansys workbench 12.1, use animation to watch the whole process, set the frame to 100 and time to be 10 sec, can watch the whole process in the software, but when try to save the avi. file, cannot save the whole process, just part of the process, cannot even see the max deformation. Does anybody know what the problem is? Thanks!
