[金属成形] 钢管空拔有限元分析遇到的问题

1.首先用PROE建立钢管和中式模的模型。
2.打开ANSYS软件设为LS-DYNAimport->proe导入中式模模型,创建SOLID164单元,设置材料

模型如下

导入钢管模型,创建SOLID164单元,设置材料模型如下

3.MESHTOOL分别对钢管和中式模进行体网格划分(扫掠网格划分)。
4.自动创建PART1PART2
5.创建接触对。选择面面接触,自动(ASSC)CONTACTTARGET分别为PART1,PART2
6.设定初速度。对钢管所有节点(COMP定义)施加Y轴初速度300
7.创建两个数值型数组(2,1,1)用以施加位移载荷,分别为 TIME 0

8.施加Y方向的位移。
9.设定终止时间1.2,指定输出间隔80,时间间隔80,能量损耗,输出频率。
SOLVE弹出"A check of model data produced 1 watnings.是否继续SOLVE"及以下内容

依据中国知网上别人的论文《基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的空拔钢管有限元分析》 自己尝试的怎么不行,一点SLOVE就自动关闭ANSYS程序了。望高手指教,不胜感谢。

这是我做的模型,哪里不对?我对钢管所有节点施加了一个初速度,选取了钢管尾部端面的所有节点施加时间—位移载荷。请大侠指点。
