isight本身的帮助有这个。
To set up the add-in:

1 Open Microsoft Excel; then, select Add-Ins... from the Tools menu. The Add-Ins dialog box appears.

2 Perform one of the following steps, based on your Excel setup:

• If you received an error message when you first opened Excel, click the iSight entry in the Add-Ins dialog box. A message appears, asking you if you want to delete the old add-in. Proceed to step 3 .

• If you did not receive an error message when you first opened Excel, proceed to step 7 .

3 Click Yes. The add-in is removed from the list.

4 Click OK to close the Add-Ins dialog box; then, close Excel.

Important: You must close the Add-Ins dialog box and close Excel. If you do not close Excel, the error message will continue to appear when you start Excel.

5 Restart Excel. The error message should no longer appear at startup.

6 Select Add-Ins... from the Tools menu. The Add-Ins dialog box appears.

7 Click the Browse... button; then, navigate to the following directory for the current version of iSIGHT:

<isight_install_directory>\custom\system\

8 Verify that the file iSIGHT.xla is highlighted; then, click OK. You are returned to the Add-Ins dialog box, where the add-in Isight now appears, with a check mark next to it.

9 Click OK. The add-in can now be accessed.

10 Verify the add-in setup by clicking the Excel Tools menu. The option iSIGHT... should now appear on the menu.

谢谢dbqwdar 的帮助，终于在excel2007中加载了isight
步骤如下：
1. 点击开始，点击excel选项，如图

2. 选择加载项，确定管理选项是excel加载项，点击转到；

3. 点击浏览找到安装目录custom－>system ->isight.xla文件，确定；

4. 然后在目录里面就多了加载项，点开里面就有isight宏
