我照着书用命令流做桩土共同作用分析，在给模型施加重力加速度和桩顶分布荷载时，遇到下面的警告，求高人指点，这个错误应该怎么处理模型，或是怎么加载，急求，请高人指点一二啊。。。。

请问 高手 1 我在划分网格的时候出现这个提示， 请问 怎么去改正的  后者对结果有什么影响吗？stuctural elements without mid nodes usually produce much more accurate results in quad or brick shape
2 我做模态分析的 时候只有在划分网格的时候出现上面的 提示，求解分析的时候也没有出现什么问题，都是在查看结果的时候却看不了 出现这样的提示  an error occurred while attempting  to open the results the file  mx2.rst
正在做论文 遇到这个问题往下就分析不了了

这个应该是约束不够，Uy方向的位移过大，自查一下约束条件

计算时出现以下警告
Memory available for solver =              522.38 MB

   Minimum memory required for out-of-core =   43.58 MB
  
  Sparse Direct Solver is using the least out-of-core memory.
   For better CPU performance increase memory by 236 MB using -m option
  (refer to the Basic Analysis Procedures Guide, Ch.  19).

我的问题：

1.我的虚拟内存为8G，cpu酷睿双核，应该不会出现内存不够的情况啊，而且有这样的情况,计算经过8个小时左右完成，有人建议用PCG求解器，但不知道如何才能用，命令流是什么？
2.这个警告能否避免（因为计算时间实在太长，觉得不正常）？是否因为约束或者网格存在缺陷

答：1、建议你用6面体单元（3D），或者带中结点的四面体，因为没有中结点的四面体可能导致结果不准确
       2、你试试先读一下某阶（如第7阶）结果文件，然后在查看结果。

剛剛我去看ERR檔案
The program chosen initial timestep/load-factor is arbitrary.  It is   
necessary for the user to supply a suitable initial                     
timestep/load-factor through the NSUB or DELTIM command for            
convergence and overall efficiency.   

關鍵似乎是在NSUB or DELTIM  
但我以前也都沒用過這個
不曉得錯誤訊息到底會影響到什麼

我在计算隧道开挖对临近桩基影响的模拟中，出现了这样的错误（先后出现了两次，我点了继续）：
L-2 norm of residual force overflow ,this may be caused by PRED,ON and birth/dead elements,please use PRED,off and try again。
然后又出现了错误：
one or more elements have become highly distorted .Excessive distortion of elements is usually a symptom indicating the need for corrective action elsewhere. Try incrementing the load more slowly (increase the number of substeps or decrease the time step size).you may need to improve your mesh to obtain elements with better aspect ratios .Also consider the behavior of materials,contact pairs ,and/or constraint equations.If this message appears in the first iterationof first substep,be sure to perform element shape checking 。
后，计算终止。不知道怎么解决，请指教。

我也有一个，在90单元进行网格划分时遇到的，大概是这样的：6 angle less than 2.5 degree found with the smallest degree is 0.7。
这里好像说的是我的单元有6个是角度很小，单元形状比较差吧，我想问问这样对我后续的分析有影响吗？影响大不大？我分析的一个热场
