又来一个问题，tetrahedron element 8120 has a jacobian ratio of 150.5,which exceeds the warning limit of 30.Midside nodes,if any,may be poorly positioned.这个问题是说单元的什么比例出了问题啊？要紧么？

在计算时遇到Nagative or zero pivot；pivot value=0.0000000e+.000.不知什么原因，且计算直接退出来了！请各位大侠帮忙

采用自低向上实体建模方法，由线生成面的时候，出现这样的错误：Keypoint is referenced by more than two lines.由于两个面有一条公共的轮廓线，所以有两个点，分别是三条线的端点。请问有什么方法可以解决这一类问题吗？

问下，我建球体壳模型时只建了截面进行加载（直角坐标系），后优化处理（求厚度），出现警告说有未知非法参数-Z1=一个极小的值。请问是什么原因。

新碰到的一个错误信息：
Esave record is mismatched in BEAM188,189.  Please                     
report this error to your ANSYS support engineer.  
模型用shell63和beam189模拟加劲壳，这个错误从没看到过，不知什么原因引起的

错误提示的内容是：The input volumes do not meet the conditions required for the VGLU operation . No new entities were created . The VOVLAP operation is a possible alternative.

另外还有一个错误是：The volume 1 is defined!!
其中同一个程序在运行是：有时候1还会变成20！
我是参数化编程，进行灵敏度分析的时候出现的！
这个我都不知道怎么解决了啊！

I oversee it.

Then I want to make substract operation. It fails and indicates:

"The following entities do not support booleans.Use the SPLOT command to examine bad surfaces/areas Format for SPLOT is PLOT,NA1,NA2,NINC,MESHSIZE

上面这个ERROR前面有人贴出来过，但是按照给出的方法，还是无法解决问题。
现在可以肯定的是材料参数没问题，约束添加也没问题。我起初以为是网格划分不够细致，于是多次划分，尽量细化。尤其因为出错的节点总是位于一个面的边缘（实体的最上边那个面的边缘）（最下的那个面加的约束），就把这个面特意细化了下，但是这个问题仍然存在。
无奈了，请高手帮忙看下，感激涕零～～～

小弟刚刚接触ansys，最近做在做一个仿真，在计算的时候会弹出
erreor open of file filename.PC6 for write failed 的错误，然后计算就终止了。
实在是不知道该怎么办了，来请教各位高手，谢谢了~~~

根据错误的信息y方向上却少约束,存在刚体位移,不知道你怎么确定你的约束没有问题的?你不妨找出node340约束住y方向的位移求解试试看.

line170不面area79内,所以如果要用line170来分隔area79就会出错,增大一下布尔操作的容差值(tolerances),BTOL命令

可能是由于参数化引起的错误,每一个几何(点、线、面)的编号是与建模及布尔操作命令的顺序有关的，参数化编程时,如果某一个参数的变化会引起所执行命令顺序的变化，就会出现重复定义的情况，不知道是不是这个原因，仅供参考。

VGLU是将两个或多个体粘到一块，体之间的交集应该是面，帮助里的说法，This operation is only valid if the intersections of the input volumes are areas along the boundaries of those volumes。你粘结glue的体可能有重叠，所以后面提示了一个VOVLAP命令，该命令是将两个或多个体的重叠部分拿出来作为结果

1）Use of the -M switch is no longer recommended for normal ANSYS use.     
ANSYS now dynamically allocates memory as needed.  Only use the -M      
switch if you are certain that you need to do so.

最要命的是第三条警告。我的模型是约束好的，在分析过程中有节点会发生大偏转，但不会出现刚体移动的。为何如此提示呢？
